Abstract

This text is transcription of Washington Delgado speech at a round table discussion on August 20, 2003, which was part of the activities for 450th anniversary of Faculty. Unfortunately, due to unforgivable mistakes made by the personnel in charge of the filming, the text presents some gaps, especially in the final ending of the intervention. However, due to the interest of the ideas raised and as a tribute to the master, we have chosen to publish the text even with these shortcomings.
