In Peru in 2002, a quick glance at the headlines of a certain Peruvian press or the hearing of them at the beginning of a radio or television news broadcast leaves us with the feeling of institutional chaos, problems without a solution in sight, ethical failures of all kinds, widespread and unbeatable corruption. No one can be trusted. We are all marked by malignity. The climate is one of confrontation and invitation to suicide. Evil is the absolute champion. Good news is not news, say the most reputable media managers. The spectacle has sadomasochistic visions.Downloads
