Abstract

This identification itself carries the first problem for the Wiracocha study; we must therefore carefully strip it, in the version of the Christian chronicler, of the interpretative garb, since our purpose is aimed at unraveling its meaning and significance objectively. Examine first the mythological form, then the poetry; We will also deal with the different modalities of its meaning in the translation into the Western code, to arrive in the last instance at our interpretation about what its meaning and significance was.
