Abstract

Indeed, Federico Chopin realizes in the History of Music, like few of the musical creators, the type and figure of the Poet, for the historical moment in which he had to live, for his eminently lyrical inspiration, for his passionate character, for the delicacy, the elegance and even the sickness of his nature, for the painful romance of his existence and above all for his Art at the same time so deeply personal, so deeply patriotic and so deeply human, a pure source of sensitivity, so spontaneous and natural effusion of emotion, which has been worthy of representing the principality of Poetry in the Retno de los Sonidos.
