Abstract

The Quechua literate village was an active configuration between indigenous and mestizo people who had access to writing and bilingual literate creoles, it appeared to this double logic: one of cultural invasion, justified by the Catholic doctrine, and two, by the need to witness their own culture. In fact, it was not an exclusively scriptural event, but established links with the traditional world of Andean orality.
